Returns and Exchanges Policy

  1. We take due care in packing and shipping your orders. But in some exception, if your order is delivered defective or damaged, please inform us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order. Any issue reported after 48 hours will be specifically looked and decided, so as to cause no inconvenience to our customers. Only Returns and Exchanges accept if you get damage product and you should have video of unpacking otherwise we Can’t Accept any returns and exchange.
  2. If you ordered on same day and you want to cancel we will only refund, if order not dispatch/arrive from our side.
  3. We understand that that there could be situations where you might want to return your purchase and we would be happy to facilitate the same as explained below. Please make sure that the returned item(s) is/are in an unused state along with all the product tags and labels intact.
  4. We will take back the broken/damaged product and replace it with a new one. Please send us an email to with a video of the broken/damaged product. We strive to answer and resolve all queries within 24 working hours.
  5. All products carry guarantee/warranty from manufacturer wherever applicable or provided by manufacturer.
  6. In case the customer don’t like the product or would like to return / replace it, then customer has to bear return shipment cost . For more, read refund policy below.

Refund & Cancellation

  • If the refund processing after the item is received by you will get refundable amount within 5-7 Working Days.
  • Refunds will be processed only for damaged or defective products in the form of store credit and if we had not able bring stock of same product in 5 Days which you ordered you will get Refund.
  • The whole order amount for the products ordered by you will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
  • Mitaleo reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
  • Please note that you have to bear the shipping charge of Rs.99/-, if dispatched/arrived, will not be refunded.
  • If your order not held to our Delivery partner you are eligible for full refund.
  • Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, Downloadable software products and any digital product. Some health and personal care items.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
